Our yoga lessons are taught by Yoga Garden, a non-profit organization equipped with well over 14 years of experience and expertise. There are sessions for everyone, from beginners to experts. The professionals in our building will keep a close eye on your posture and technique, to prevent injuries and awkward positions.
Westerpark is a stone’s throw away and happens to be the perfect setting for our boot camp classes. At parq studios, we craft custom outdoor training for companies and individuals.
